Why we exist

Two in three denied insurance claims are never reworked. Appealing them is slow, manual, payer-by-payer work, and small therapy practices rarely have a dedicated biller to do it. So recoverable revenue gets written off, month after month.

Undeny is building the AI that works those denials for you: it reads the denial, drafts a payer-ready appeal with the right policy language, and tracks it through to payment. You stay in control - the AI drafts, and you review and approve before anything reaches the payer.

How we keep our guidance accurate

Our denial-code, CPT, and modifier guides are written for working billers, not search engines. Every page is researched against primary sources - the X12 code sets, CMS guidance, and payer policy - and cites those sources at the bottom. We review pages for accuracy and update them as codes and rules change. None of it is legal, medical, or billing advice; always verify against your current payer contract and policy.

Data and privacy

Our free tools are PHI-free by design: they use placeholders and store nothing you type. The paid product will handle protected health information only under a Business Associate Agreement, on zero-data-retention AI endpoints, with your approval required before any appeal is submitted.
