Terms of use

Last updated October 9, 2026.

These terms cover your use of undeny.ai, including the free tools and the Founding-100 waitlist. By using the site you agree to them.

Information, not advice

Our guides and tools are informational. They are not legal, medical, or billing advice. AI-drafted letters can contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing every letter, completing the placeholders, and checking it against the payer's current policy and your contract before you submit it.

No patient information in the free tools

The free tools are not covered by a Business Associate Agreement. Don't enter protected health information into them. See Security & PHI.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no automated bulk use or scraping of the tools, no attempts to break or overload them, and nothing unlawful. We may limit or block access that harms the service for others.

Your letters and our content

Letters you generate are yours to use. The site's guides, design, and software belong to Undeny; you're welcome to link to and quote our pages with attribution.

The Founding-100 waitlist

Joining is free and doesn't commit you to buy anything. Founding perks are a free denial audit at launch and founding pricing for the first 100 practices. We'll confirm the details, including pricing, before you decide whether to sign up for the paid product. We may change or end the program before launch, and we'll tell members by email if we do.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and tools are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Undeny isn't liable for denied or underpaid claims, lost revenue, or other indirect losses from using the site or relying on its content.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions: hello@undeny.ai.
