Your instant denial audit

One row per denial code and payer. Hit generate and the report appears below, ranked by dollars at stake.

Codes, payers and counts only, no patient information. Leave out names, dates of birth, member IDs and claim numbers.

What's in your audit

A short, specific write-up for the denials you actually see, not a generic report.

  • Winnable or not

For each denial you list: whether it's worth appealing, or whether it's really a patient balance or a lost cause.

  • The fix for each one

The right route for that payer: corrected claim, reconsideration, dispute or redetermination, and what to attach.

  • Deadlines that are closing

Each payer's window for your denials, so the ones about to lapse get worked first.

  • What the agent would do

How Undeny's agent would work them every month, and what that's worth to you.

About the free audit

Something else? Email hello@undeny.ai.

Is the denial audit really free?

Yes. No credit card and no obligation. We do it because it's the fastest way to show what the agent would recover for you, and because it teaches us which denials hurt practices most.

Do I need to send patient information?

No. Send denial codes, payers and rough counts or dollar amounts only, like "CO-97 from Aetna, about 15 a month". Please leave out patient names, dates of birth, member IDs and claim numbers.

What do I get back?

Instantly, on the page: what each denial code means, its category, the typical fix (corrected claim, appeal, eligibility check or patient billing), the payer's appeal window where we have it, the monthly dollars at stake and an estimate of what's recoverable. If you send it to us instead, we write it up by hand within 2 business days.

How is the recoverable amount estimated?

Dollars you can work (appeals, corrected claims and rebills) times 63%, the share recovered on appeal in Change Healthcare's 2016 claims analysis. Patient balances and contractual adjustments like CO-45 are left out. It's an estimate, not a promise.

We're a billing company. Can we use it?

Yes. Pick one client and send their most common denials, and we'll audit that client. Billing companies pay per client practice once the agent is working their denials.

What happens after the audit?

Work the denials yourself with the free appeal generator, or let the agent do it every month: $149 a month per practice at the founding price, with nothing to pay until it's working your denials.
